float.Round()

Rounds a float value to the nearest integer.

Syntax

int float.Round()

Returns

The value of the float rounded to the nearest int.

Sample

floatSample.rfs

var a = 42.56;
...
var b = -65.2;
...
var s = a.Round();
var t = b.Round();
trace a, " rounded to the nearest integer is ", s, " and ", b, " rounded to the nearest integer is ", t;
42.56, " rounded to the nearest integer is ", 43, " and ", -65.2, " rounded to the nearest integer is ", -65
