When the execution environment encounters an error while running your workflow script,
execution is terminated, database operations are rolled back to restore the pre-script state
of the database, and an error message is generated (or, if the error is the result of an
Error() call, the preset error message is accessed) and displayed in the
log console for the workflow execution event.
Accessing error messages
The Mobilengine Cloud logs each and every event, and any errors in script execution show up on the console in the event log. Access the event log on the Backoffice site on the Dev console>Log screen. If the event log is crowded, you might have to filter the log to show only workflow script execution events (RFS_RUN).

Click the X icon in the Success column
to display only failed script execution events where the execution environment hit an error
before completing the script.
To see the error message and stack trace for a failed script execution event, click
the more link at the far right of the log event. This expands and
then toggles the log console accordion-style.
The same applies to form display requests (form.Pop() method calls) -
requests to display a mobil form in a specific user's Mobilengine client are not sent until
the initiating script has finished execution without an error.
Preventing infinite execution
You can set up a global timeout for every script running in your company's Mobilengine Cloud account. Whenever a script takes longer than this preset timeout to execute, execution will stop and an error will be thrown. You can set up your company's timeout on the Backoffice site, on the Settings>General screen.
You can set up a separate timeout value for the workflow scripts associated with your company account that run on the Mobilengine mobile clients of your users. On the Backoffice site, go to the Settings>Client configuration screen, and enter a new value between 1 and 6000 in the Rfs time out (seconds) input field to set a new script timeout value.
